Delivery Timelines

1- Ex-stock items: delivered within 5–7 working days of order confirmation.

2- Non-stock items (sourced or manufactured to order): delivery depends on the vendor/manufacturer's lead time, which can range from 1 to 16 weeks depending on the product and manufacturer, plus a further 5–7 working days for shipping once the goods arrive at Commpro. Your account manager will confirm the expected timeline for non-stock items as part of your quote.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is provided on all orders of AED 5,000 and above, anywhere in the UAE. Orders below this threshold are shipped via courier at actual cost, calculated per order and confirmed as part of your quote.

Delivery Area

We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries and regions subject to UAE, UN, EU, or US trade sanctions and embargoes.

Availability, Pricing & Delays

The global electronics industry continues to face significant supply chain and semiconductor shortages, which affect the availability and pricing that some manufacturers are able to guarantee ahead of shipment. Many hardware SKUs are consequently on long, or currently unknown, lead times — and popular items are often affected the most.
We rely on vendor and supplier inventory data that can change without notice, which may in turn affect quotes already issued or orders already in progress — for example, if a part goes out of stock with the vendor after your order is placed.

We make every effort to honor quoted pricing. However, if a manufacturer increases its price to Commpro after a quote is issued or an order is accepted, we may need to update your price to reflect that change, regardless of any validity period stated on the quote, up to the date of shipment. This only happens when a manufacturer raises its price to us — never at our discretion — and we will always notify you before shipment if an adjustment applies.

We do everything we can to work around these constraints with our customers, though there are times an engineered workaround is no longer possible. We appreciate your patience during these periods, and we're always happy to talk through the realistic options on a call or over email.
