Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers on sourcing, payment, delivery, and returns — the things buyers usually want confirmed before placing an order with a new supplier.

Sourcing & Brands

Are the products you sell genuine?

Yes. Every item ships factory-sealed with the manufacturer's original serial number, which you can verify directly with the brand. We don't source gray-market or unsealed stock.

Do you carry multiple brands, or do I need separate suppliers for each?

One supplier, many brands. Commpro sources Cisco, HPE Aruba, Dell EMC, Juniper, Lenovo, Fortinet, Seagate, Intel, and more — so a mixed-brand order runs through a single point of contact, one PO, and one invoice instead of several separate vendors.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. We work with orders of any size, from a single unit to full data-center deployments.

Payment & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer/wire is our standard method. Qualifying businesses can also apply for credit terms (Net-30 or Net-60, subject to prequalification), and we accept Letter of Credit (LC) for large orders.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the item — some products ship from stock, others are sourced to order through our brand partners. We'll confirm an accurate delivery timeline when you request a quote, so you're never guessing.

Warranty & Returns

What warranty do I get on my purchase?

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer and product line. We'll confirm the exact warranty terms that apply to your specific item when you request a quote, before you commit to an order.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?

Raise an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request with us — every return needs one, whatever the reason. Non-faulty returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and accessories (a 25% restocking fee may apply). Full terms are in our Return Policy.

What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?

For a fault covered under warranty, raise an RMA with your order number, purchase date, and the item's serial number — our engineers troubleshoot first, then repair or replace as needed. If a delivery arrives visibly damaged, note it with the courier at the time of signing and let us know within two working days. See our Return Policy for the complete procedure.
