Export & Import Compliance

Products offered by Commpro Technologies may be subject to applicable export and import laws including those of the U.S. (which in some instances prohibit or restrict in-country sales to certain end-users), EU or other national laws or regulations. Diversion contrary to US, EU or other national laws or regulations is prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine all applicable laws or regulations and to comply with them (for example, by securing all necessary clearance requirements, export and import licenses and making all proper filings). You will indemnify Commpro Technologies LLC for claims made against us as a consequence of your failure to comply with applicable export and import laws and regulations.

Sales Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales of products and services are subject to the standard sales terms and conditions published on Commpro's website.

End-User & Resale Restrictions

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD TO PURCHASER ARE STRICTLY FOR RESALE TO END USERS (WHO PURCHASE FOR INTERNAL USE) IN THE COUNTRY(S) AS AUTHORIZED BY THE SUPPLIER OF THE PRODUCTS.

Trade Sanctions & Restricted Parties

Commpro Technologies LLC does not knowingly sell, ship, or otherwise provide products or services to individuals, entities, or countries subject to applicable trade sanctions, embargoes, or restricted/denied party lists maintained by the U.S., EU, UN, or UAE authorities. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, use, and any onward transfer of our products complies with all applicable sanctions and trade control regulations.

Data Protection & Privacy

We collect customer information only as needed to process orders and provide support, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Product & Environmental Compliance
